All packages include your music, two regular rehearsals with ChoirWorks, and the final rehearsal, afternoon tea and performance on the day.

Come and Sing “From Scratch” 2024
For many years since 2003, ChoirWorks (as Brisbane Concert Choir) has been providing the opportunity for singers to take part in the performance of a major choral work.
The selected work for 2024 is Joseph Haydn’s Mass in Time of War (aka Paukenmesse).
Our director of music, Dr. Debra Shearer-Dirié, will lead the massed choir, soloists and organ in this workshop and performance with a unique combination of enthusiasm, good humour and mastery of her craft.
In a change from our normal offering, the workshop on the day is shorter than usual, but we are including participation in two of our regular rehearsals as part of the package.
The concert features:
Dominic Perissinotto (organ)
and soloists (courtesy of UQ School of Music)
Eline Van Bruggen (soprano)
Annabelle Julien (alto)
Aarya Dath (tenor)
Nic Wallace (baritone)
